Bright lemon-pepper roasted asparagus.

  • 11 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed
  • 22 tbsp olive oil
  • 32 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 41 tsp lemon zest
  • 51/2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 61/2 tsp sea salt

    Trim the woody ends off the asparagus spears by snapping or cutting them.
