A warm, grain-free breakfast porridge made with hemp seeds, flaxseed, and chia seeds. Creamy, satisfying, and completely detox-approved. Perfect for Days 1-28.

Ingredients

  • 11/2 cup hemp hearts (hulled hemp seeds)
  • 22 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 31 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 41 cup unsweetened coconut milk (full-fat)
  • 51/2 cup water
  • 61/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 71/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 81/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 91/2 cup fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries)
  • 101 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)
  • 111 teaspoon coconut oil (optional)

Instructions

    Combine hemp hearts, ground flaxseed, and chia seeds in a small saucepan.

    Add coconut milk, water, salt, cinnamon, and ginger. Stir well to combine.

    Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently.

    Reduce heat to low and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened to desired consistency.

    If porridge becomes too thick, add a splash more coconut milk or water.

    Remove from heat and let sit for 1-2 minutes to thicken further.

    Transfer to a bowl and top with fresh berries and coconut flakes.
