- Baked apples with sunbutter
- Crack open a few nuts from a shell (ie walnut, almonds, hazelnuts)
- Sunflower and pumpkin seeds
- Steamed orange or lemon slices (small)
- Kale chips - brush kale with sea salt and olive oil and bake chips in oven at 350 for 20 minutes or until crisp
- Grilled or Roasted Veggies with sea salt and olive oil
- Apple Cider Tea
- Hard boiled Egg with sea salt
- Steamed veggies with olive oil
- Chicken broth with seasonings
- Avocado with sea salt and pepper and olive oil
- Hummus or guacamole with cooked veggies or (a few) Nut Thins
- Steamed celery with 1/4 cup almond butter mixed with 1 TBS coconut oil
- Deviled eggs made with avocado mayo and organic mustard
- Baked apple slices sprinkled with sea salt and cinnamon, topped with chopped nuts
- Sliced avocado with pico di gallo (cooked for 5 minutes) topped with SP Complete
