Juicing can be a tasty way to increase vegetable intake. It is easier to absorb concentrated nutrients when fiber is removed.

Masticating (slow) juicers preserve nutrients better and oxidize less quickly. Centrifugal (fast) juicers are cheaper but oxidize faster.
What to Juice
Common choices: cucumber, carrots, sprouts, celery, ginger, spinach, kale, dandelion leaves.

- V-8 Style: celery, cucumber, carrot, parsley, green bell pepper, spinach
- Orange Green Juice: spinach, orange, celery, lemon
