Healthy Kitchen Swaps

If your healthy goals slipped, start with a few kitchen swaps that can make a major long-term difference.
- Use SunButter instead of peanut butter.
- Swap fruit juice/snacks for real fruit.
- Use Ezekiel (sprouted) bread instead of white bread.
- Choose organic, pasture-raised eggs.
- Wash produce with apple cider vinegar (salad spinner method).
If five changes is too many, commit to three or even one. Small swaps add up.
