A colorful stir fry with ground turkey, bell peppers, broccoli, and liquid aminos.
Ingredients
- 1 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil (plus more if needed)
- 2 1-2 Tbsp sesame oil, to taste
- 3 1 large onion, diced small
- 4 1 lb ground turkey or ground chicken
- 5 1 orange bell pepper, seeded and diced small
- 6 1 yellow bell pepper, seeded and diced small
- 7 1 1/2 cups carrots, thinly sliced
- 8 1/3 cup Bragg Liquid Aminos (or coconut aminos)
- 9 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 10 1-2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 11 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 12 1 large zucchini, diced
- 13 1 broccoli crown, cut into florets
- 14 Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and sesame oil.

Add onion and saute for about 4 minutes until softened.

Add ground turkey, bell peppers, and carrots. Cook 6-8 minutes, breaking up the meat, until cooked through.

Add liquid aminos, garlic, ginger, and smoked paprika. Stir to combine.

Add zucchini and broccoli. Cover and cook for 2-4 minutes, until broccoli is tender but still bright green.

Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
